{"id":7777,"date":"2021-05-08T09:48:15","date_gmt":"2021-05-08T01:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kiloview.com\/en\/support\/docs\/n3\/3g-sdi\/restore-factory-settings\/"},"modified":"2021-05-08T09:48:15","modified_gmt":"2021-05-08T01:48:15","slug":"restore-factory-settings","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.kiloview.com\/en\/docs\/3g-sdi\/restore-factory-settings\/","title":{"rendered":"Restore Factory Settings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Restore Factory Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the parameters are changed that lead the converter couldn\u2019t work (The typical  situation is that the network address was changed, so it couldn\u2019t visit the device  by network), users could restore factory setting to default value.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Two methods for restoring factory settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2460Click \u201dSystem Settings&gt;Restore factory settings\u201d on the web console. <\/p>\n<p>\u2461Press \u201cReset\u201d button at the bottom of the device.<\/p>\n<p>There is a reset button at the bottom of the device, hold the button for more than  5 seconds, the device will restore to factory settings. Restoring factory settings  will lead to the restarting of the device.
