About built-in battery:
- While the device is powered on, connected with the power adapter, the device is powered by the adapter. The battery is not charging.
- While the device is powered off, connected with the power adapter, the battery will be charging.
About fan :

While the device is powered on, the fan will start working when reaches a certain temperature.

While the device is powered off, the fan is working while charging.
