1. Fixed an issue where some enabled streams could not automatically recover after switching the audio format: Fixed an issue where some enabled streams might be stopped and fail to restart automatically after the audio format was changed.

Fixed an issue where an abnormal RTMP destination address could cause streaming service errors: Fixed an issue where, if the RTMP streaming destination address was unreachable and remained pending for a long time, all streams could be interrupted, the stream list could fail to load, or the streaming service could become abnormal.
