Device name is displayed when it is auto discovered You can click the icon
in the upper right corner to set the device name to better identify the device.
Authorization code is a check code found between the host and terminal. You could click the icon 
in the upper right corner to set. The authorization code is verified when the device is restarted or the host and the terminal are reconnected.
